Job Details & Key Responsibilities

Position: Inbound Calling Executive - Honda Service Support
Location: Gurgaon (Sector-specific details will be shared with shortlisted candidates)
Work Mode: On-site

In this role, you will be the crucial link between Honda and its valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound calls from customers regarding their vehicle service needs. This includes understanding their issues, scheduling service appointments at authorized Honda service centers in and around Gurgaon, providing accurate information about service procedures and estimated costs, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be expected to maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the system. A key part of the role involves building rapport with customers, addressing their concerns patiently, and upholding the high service standards synonymous with the Honda brand.

Eligibility Criteria & Skills Required

·         Education: Must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

·         In-hand Salary: You will receive a fixed ₹20,000 in-hand salary every month.

·         Performance Bonus: Additionally, there is a lucrative quarterly bonus of ₹3,000, which is paid subject to achieving individual performance and attendance targets.

·         Work Week: This is a 6 days working role, with one fixed weekday off.

·         Shifts: We offer flexibility with day and night shift available. Specific shift timings and rotation policies will be discussed during the interview process.
