Insurance Sales Executive (Domestic – Outbound)

Location: Pune, Kharadi


✨ Eligibility Criteria

Languages Required (Must Know Any One):

  • Kannada

  • Tamil

  • Malayalam

  • Marathi

  • Telugu

  • Oriya

Mandatory:

  • English & Hindi

  • Excellent communication (no grammatical errors, no MTI issues)

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any field

Experience:

  • Freshers & Experienced both can apply

  • Preferred: Candidates with Domestic Insurance experience or strong sales acumen


💼 Salary Structure

  • Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000

  • Experienced: Up to ₹25,000 (based on last drawn salary)

  • Attractive Incentives available


🕒 Work Schedule

  • Rotational shifts

  • Female: Day shift up to 8 PM

  • Male: Fully rotational

  • 6 days working
