🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Operations Managers to lead our Ecommerce Warehouse Operations. This is a high-impact role where you will ensure efficient warehouse management, smooth supply chain processes, and superior customer satisfaction.

You will work with cross-functional teams and lead day-to-day warehouse operations from inbound to outbound, drive quality and safety, manage large teams, and support business profitability.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end ecommerce warehouse operations, including inbound, inventory management, outbound and returns.

  • Drive process improvements to reduce pilferage, complaints and improve order accuracy.

  • Support Regional Product Heads with P&L analysis of warehouse & customer operations.

  • Hire, train, mentor, and manage a multilayer team of 200+ personnel.

  • Ensure 100% fill rate of stock; maintain reorder levels and monitor stock rotations.

  • Maintain compliance with health & safety, security of warehouse infrastructure.

  • Coordinate closely with last-mile logistics managers; ensure timely resolution of supply or customer issues.

  • Ensure warehouse operations are compliant with 5S standards and quality culture.

  • Prepare and deliver monthly KPIs to senior leadership & customers.

  • Manage multiple warehouse locations and customers; strong stakeholder handling required.

🛠 Skills & Requirements

  • Mandatory: 10-15 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehousing with hands-on Ecommerce warehouse operations.

  • Strong expertise in ERP & WMS systems (both must).

  • Excellent business acumen, analytical & problem-solving mindset.

  • Proven ability to manage large operations under tight timelines.

  • Integrity, leadership, great communication skills.

  • Experienced in customer interface and commercial negotiations.
