Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Documentation

  • Enter daily warehouse transactions such as receipts, dispatches, and stock transfers into SAP

  • Maintain Excel logs for inward, outward, and stock movement

  • Ensure accurate documentation of gate passes, challans, and invoices

2. Inventory Support

  • Assist in inventory reconciliation between SAP and physical stock

  • Highlight stock mismatches and coordinate for resolution

  • Maintain item master data and stock movement history

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with internal teams for document flow

  • Communicate with transporters and vendors regarding shipment data

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Diploma, B.Com, BA, 12th Pass

  • Experience: 1 to 5 Years in warehouse or data entry

  • Good knowledge of SAP & MS Excel preferred

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
