Overview

Cognizant is hiring an experienced Sr. Product Specialist (Functional) with in-depth Temenos T24 expertise. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical knowledge of T24 modules, particularly Version Designer, Payments, OFS & Admin, Funds Transfer, Enquiry Designer, and Core Banking.

You will work in a hybrid setup, managing complex banking solutions, optimizing payment systems, and ensuring smooth delivery for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. T24 Version Designer Implementation

  • Lead design & development of customized T24 solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with functional requirements and banking regulations.

2. Payments System Optimization

  • Integrate & fine-tune T24 Payments modules.

  • Manage domestic, cross-border, and Forex transactions.

3. OFS & Admin (R21) Expertise

  • Handle OFS configurations and admin tasks.

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for smooth operations.

4. Funds Transfer Management

  • Implement & support T24 Funds Transfer (R20).

  • Connect with payment gateways for seamless settlements.

5. Enquiry Designer Development

  • Create & optimize Enquiry Designer reports for better data insights.

6. Core Banking Stability

  • Maintain and enhance core banking systems for reliability.

7. Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Mentor junior staff and share technical expertise.

8. Risk & Compliance

  • Perform audits for compliance with banking & IT security standards.

9. Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with the latest T24 upgrades and suggest innovations.
