Job Responsibilities:
- Remittance and Deposits: Handle remittance and deposits for corporate clients, providing support to business lines and clients.
- Communication with Publishers: Maintain regular communication with publishers to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordination with Banks: Regularly communicate and coordinate with banks to ensure seamless transactions.
- CRM Data Management: Ensure data is complete and accurate in the CRM system.
- Document Verification: Verify submitted documents and alert branches if any information is missing or invalid to comply with bank policies and prevent reputational or financial loss.
- Daily Reporting: Keep track of daily reports and escalate critical issues or suspects to the line manager or relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Suspicious Transaction Reporting: Report any suspicious customer transactions to the Compliance Department.
