Qualification: Minimum 10th passed, ITI preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee civil construction activities on-site
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Supervise a team of workers and ensure safety measures are followed
- Report progress to project managers
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil execution
- Experience in building construction, especially residential projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
